Signal
Lexabit Signal — "See the pattern before it becomes a crime."
Planned · Layer: Intelligence
What it does
Signal detects suspicious patterns and predicts financial-crime risk. It sits at the top of the Intelligence Stack, drawing on data from every layer below — transactions, ownership, money flows, compliance state, and monitoring alerts.
Key capabilities
Signal works in three complementary ways:
- Custom rules — transparent, customer-defined if-then logic combining transaction, entity, and geographic conditions (e.g. "amount > 50,000 NOK AND high-risk counterpart country → alert"). You see, create, and manage your own rules.
- Detection scenarios — built-in detection for known financial-crime typologies (structuring, layering, round-tripping, trade-based money laundering, real-estate indicators), applied automatically and kept up to date.
- AI-assisted detection — statistical anomaly detection, network analysis (rings and clusters), and predictive risk scoring, with explanations attached to each alert for auditability.
How it fits
Signal consumes transactions from Account Connect, ownership from Reveal, flows from Trace, and alerts from Monitor — the more data flows through the stack, the sharper its detection becomes.
In the API today
Signal is Planned and not yet available via the API. A small foundation exists —
the credit-scoring endpoints (/scoring/v1) — but the detection product itself is
ahead on the roadmap.
