Onboard
Lexabit Onboard — "Bring them in right, from day one."
In development · Layer: Entry
What it does
Onboard provides configurable process flows for bringing in clients, customers, and business relationships — combining identity verification, document collection, KYC checks, and screening into one streamlined workflow. It's the natural entry point to the compliance lifecycle: once a client is onboarded, they flow into Comply and Monitor.
Key capabilities
- Configurable process flows — define steps, required documents, verification checks, and approval gates per client type.
- Identity verification — trigger BankID / MitID / eID checks via the shared Identification capability.
- Document collection — request and track ID copies, proof of address, corporate filings, and source-of-wealth declarations.
- Automated screening — run sanctions/PEP screening, company lookups, and risk scoring at configurable steps.
- Risk-based branching — low-risk clients get a fast track; high-risk clients get enhanced due diligence.
- Case-type templates — pre-built flows for common scenarios (bankruptcy, real estate, corporate, individual).
- Handoff to Monitor — completed clients are enrolled in ongoing monitoring based on their risk profile.
How it fits
Onboard is the front door of the Onboard → Comply → Monitor → Signal lifecycle. It uses Reveal for ownership checks and the shared Identification capability for verification.
