Monitor
Lexabit Monitor — "Never miss a change that matters."
Planned · Layer: Compliance
What it does
Monitor provides continuous, real-time monitoring of entities, transactions, and company data — triggering alerts when something changes or breaks a rule. It's the "always watching" layer of the compliance lifecycle, after Onboard and Comply.
Key capabilities
- Company change alerts — ownership, board, financial deterioration, rating drops, new filings, adverse events.
- Transaction pattern monitoring — velocity changes, threshold breaches, new corridors, new counterparts.
- Sanctions re-screening — automatic re-screening when lists update, catching newly sanctioned entities.
- Policy enforcement engine — company-specific rules: amount limits, approved/ blocked countries, approved counterpart types, approval-workflow triggers.
- Adverse media monitoring — news/media screening for monitored entities.
- Alert management — prioritized queue, assignment, and resolution workflow.
How it fits
Monitor watches the entities from Reveal, the transactions from Account Connect and Trace, and the compliance state from Comply — escalating anything notable to Signal.
