Comply
Lexabit Comply — "Compliance on autopilot."
In development · Layer: Compliance
What it does
Comply automates the KYC/AML compliance lifecycle — risk assessment, screening, due diligence, and regulatory reporting. It works hand-in-hand with Onboard (the entry point) and Monitor (ongoing surveillance), turning entity and transaction data into compliance decisions.
Key capabilities
- Dynamic KYC profiles — different due-diligence requirements per case type (bankruptcy, real estate, corporate) and risk level.
- Sanctions / PEP / watchlist screening — screen entities against global sanctions lists, PEP databases, and watchlists.
- Automated risk scoring — combine entity intelligence (from Reveal), transaction patterns (from Trace), and geographic exposure.
- Regulatory reporting — SAR/STR generation templates for Nordic regulators.
- Evidence management — store KYC documents, screening results, and risk assessments with a full audit trail.
- Re-verification triggers — re-run identity checks and due diligence when risk changes or a periodic review is due.
How it fits
Comply consumes ownership data from Reveal and flow analysis from Trace, sits between Onboard and Monitor in the client lifecycle, and uses the shared Identification capability for identity re-verification.
